Established in 1982 by Thomas A. Barghausen, P.E., President, the firm has grown steadily over the years to incorporate a staff of over 100+ employees. Our corporate headquarters is located near Seattle in Kent, Washington. We also have branch offices in Olympia, WA; Torrance, CA; and Walnut Creek, CA. We work extensively throughout the Pacific Northwest and California, and provide services in many other areas of the country, as well as in Canada and Puerto Rico.
