Job Responsibilities

  • Demonstrate excellent writing and editing skills
  • Use proper grammar, sentence structure, formatting, and editing of letters and documents
  • Ability to prepare reports, correspondence, and forms
  • Maintain an organized filing system of paper and electronic documents
  • Develop and sustain a level of professionalism among staff and clientele
  • Other duties as assigned

Job Requirements

  • 1-2 years of word processing experience preferred
  • Advanced Microsoft Office skills (Outlook, Word, Excel), with an ability to become familiar with firm-specific programs and software (Bluebeam Revu, DocuSign, and Google Suite)
  • Ability to work independently and be self-motivated
  • Must possess excellent follow-up and follow-through skills
  • Exceptional interpersonal skills
  • Friendly and professional demeanor
