United Pacific's newest Rocket convenience store and 76 station is located in Goshen (Visalia), CA. The new fuel stop opened in early autumn 2021, featuring a 3,200 sf convenience store with futuristic architecture and slick LED lighting inside and out. The vibrant location is the ultimate pit-stop, where customers can enjoy the automated car wash, refuel and stock up on snacks. Both unleaded and diesel fueling are onsite with 8 MPD's and 4 diesel dispensers. The site was designed with enough space for commercial vehicle accommodations, providing easy diesel fueling access.

The station was brought to California's Central Valley market by The Embree Group, who contracted our team to carry out engineering, permitting, architecture, landscape architecture, and fueling system design services. Our engineers worked directly with the Embree Group and other stakeholders to produce onsite and offsite improvements including documents for site plans, TESC, grading, utilities, drainage, stormwater, and ADA requirements. Stormwater was directed to an existing detention pond just North of the fuel stop. Architecture included drawings and permitting coordination for the convenience store, car wash and fueling canopies. Fueling system design featured system drawings for multiple underground fueling tanks and securing APCD and CUPA permit approvals.
