Timber Ridge Animal Hospital

The Timber Ridge Animal Hospital redeveloped its office at a brand new location in Bonney Lake, WA. The new veterinary clinic features space for several offices, exam rooms, animal wards, a kennel, surgery and recovery rooms, a digital imaging room, and an employee break room. The building is constructed on a 33,000 SF site with associated parking and landscaping. The new Timber Ridge Animal Clinic is located within the Bonney Lake Marketplace, between the Lowes and Discount Tire.

Our team provided several in-house services for the development, including land surveying, civil engineering, architecture, landscape architecture, and permitting through the City of Bonney Lake. The project involved preparing initial boundary and topographic surveys before design work started. Civil engineering site work started with the removal of existing on-site soils and vegetation, site grading, paving, associated utilities, and a water main extension. Our civil team also prepared documents for stormwater accommodations with a complete Pollution Prevention Plan and the design of a storm vault.

Our in-house architecture team prepared comprehensive services for the new 6000 SF Hospital. This included preparing permit and construction drawings, as well as performing construction administration services. The Architectural design and drawings included all the necessary information to obtain a building permit to support construction. Additionally, our team worked with the client to choose the interior and exterior finish materials, colors, and cabinetry design to ensure the final product met their expectations.
