Wesley Bradley Park

Wesley Homes is a senior community with a variety of living options and amenities to fit different lifestyles. The campuses offer residents peace of mind in a pleasant space so they can age comfortably. Barghausen was contracted by Wesley Homes for a remodel of the Puyallup campus. The project consisted of redeveloping independent living apartments, brownstone apartments, an amenities lodge and a rehabilitation center.

The site had significant grade changes as well as wetlands located to the north and west. We incorporated the wetlands and the grade changes into the overall landscape design and added retaining walls in necessary areas. Throughout the landscape design process, we were able to resolve the challenges and keep the space accessible to senior residents. We incorporated the native landscaping into the project to ensure the area remained aesthetically pleasing and natural to the surrounding wetland.
