Shell is a group of international energy companies who are on a mission to contribute to a more sustainable future. Since 1996, Barghausen has assisted Shell in many fueling stations across the west coast. The brand will be opening their second fueling station and convenience store in Lynden, WA in the coming months. The 5.6-acre site is conveniently located directly off State Route 539 and has been a well-sought-after property for developers. The site will offer a 4,545-sf convenience store with gasoline and diesel fueling canopies on each side. A portion of the site is reserved for future development, with talk of a drive-through coffee shop and a quick-serve restaurant. Barghausen is providing energy system design, civil engineering, architecture and landscape architecture services for the new addition.
