Alpental Logistics Distribution Center is on track to be completed by February of 2024. The center is located at 43909 S.E. Tanner Road in North Bend, WA. The center is a concrete tilt-up warehouse, designed with three infiltration galleries to manage stormwater effectively. Additionally, it offers 18 loading dock doors complemented by a sturdy concrete apron to safeguard against erosion and damage. The building includes two grade-level doors and a second-floor balcony that provides a view overlooking the beautiful Mount Si. Alpental Logistics Distribution Center consists of 115,500 SF on 6.5 acres of land with 120 parking spaces. For the development of this project, Barghausen partnered with Vector Development Company, SynThesis Architects, Schutler Consulting Engineers, and William Brown Landscape Architects. Barghausen performed civil engineering and land surveying on the 6.5-acre site.
