Tolt River Terrace is a 34± acre residential community in Carnation, WA. The 140-lot plat features 84 single-family detached homes, 48 attached townhomes, and 8 duplexes, providing luxurious living in a beautiful environment.
Frontage improvements along Tolt Ave (SR-202) included a pedestrian bridge, designed by Contech Engineered Solutions, spanning over an existing culvert. Stormwater design onsite included an infiltration pond and a detention pond discharging to the Snoqualmie River. The sanitary sewer system onsite is a vacuum system. Our team also developed plans for grading, horizontal control, and the water system.
The community’s location, adjacent to the Tolt River, required coordination with King County and their Lower Frew Levee Setback Project. Our team provided civil engineering, land surveying, landscape architecture, and land use planning services.
