Napa's new 7-Eleven location features a 3,560 sf convenience store on a 67,000 sf site with both unleaded and diesel truck fueling. The project included the planning and design of the store, underground fueling tanks, canopies, surrounding parking lot and landscaped areas. The 7-Eleven location is part of the Napa Commerce Center, an industrial park featuring three warehouses and other light industrial buildings.

Barghausen provided a total of six different services throughout this development including civil engineering, architecture, land use planning, permit expediting and landscape architecture. Exhibits comprised plans for TESC and tank excavation, ADA improvements, dimensioning, grading, drainage, stormwater control and landscaping.

Architectural drawings were based on 7-Eleven's approved floor plan and the jurisdictions approved elevations. Our involvement included the preparation of green building standards, electrical plans, accessibility and details. Barghausen was also responsible for the structural design of the trash enclosure and monument signage.
