7-Eleven continues to expand their footprint in the Northern California area, recently completing a new retail gasoline and convenience stop in Stockton. The 39,000 sf site features six multi product dispensers, parking spaces, landscaped areas, pedestrian and bicycle amenities. The fueling canopy is a total of 4,848 sf and the convenience store is 3,010 sf, surrounded by 21 parking stalls. Barghausen was involved in both onsite and offsite improvements, providing civil engineering, architecture, permit expediting, land use planning and landscape architecture services.

Our team prepared civil documents for onsite demolition and tank excavation, TESC, horizontal control, grading, drainage, stormwater, landscaping and irrigation. Architecture and structural services involved incorporating 7-Eleven's brand standards for the building aesthetics. Stormwater solutions consisted of catch basins, planters and grassy swales. Offsite improvements included civil engineering plans for surrounding sidewalks with ADA accessible ramps along Wilson Way and Bradford Street.
