Anthology Senior Living is a developer, owner and operator of senior living communities across the U.S. Anthology and Formation Development Group joined forces to develop a new senior living community in Beaverton, OR. The campus will feature a 207,169 sf building on 5.5 acres with independent living, assisted living, and memory care on site. Anthology of Beaverton offers residents a total of 206 luxury senior living units, a bistro, fitness center, theatre, game room and beauty salon.

CA Ventures and CA Senior Living Holdings, LLC contracted Barghausen to provide civil engineering, land surveying, land use planning, and permit expediting services for the Anthology senior living campus. This 4-phased project started with feasibility investigations and due diligence, ALTA/NSPS and topographic surveys. Phase 2 included discretionary permits, land use planning and engineering services. Phase 3 required the preparation and processing of civil construction documents, and the final phase included delivering as-built drawings. Our team was responsible for the preliminary site planning along with construction level design plans for grading, utilities, stormwater, street and parking lot improvements, landscape planting and irrigation, amenities, truck turning diagrams, and TESC. This project also required off-site frontage improvements including right-of-way channelization, new concrete walks and street tree planting.

Anthology of Beaverton is expected to be complete within the second quarter of 2024. The residents will have easy access to the Tanasbourne shopping district which offers accessibility to Whole Foods, along with plenty of additional shopping and dining options.
