Crow Canyon Crest

Crow Canyon Crest is a 10,000 sf commercial retail development located in San Ramon, California. Crow Canyon Partners, LLC, contracted Barghausen for architectural, landscape architecture, and civil engineering services. The development was part of the City of San Ramon’s plan to enhance the Canyon Crow community with over 427,000 sf of new shops, restaurants and commercial additions. The 55,000 sf site features 92 parking spaces to accommodate visitors, four commercial spaces consisting of a drive-thru, two retail spaces and a restaurant. The tenants for these commercial spaces include a Starbucks drive-thru, Comerica Bank, The Cheesesteak Shop and Zachary’s Chicago Pizza.

The commercial site was a unique size, which made it challenging to maximize the retail area. The retail enhancement included updating the existing architecture and creating smooth navigation between the adjacent retail buildings. Through our design we were able to meet the standards of the planned Crow Canyon Crest community, improve traffic flow and provide aesthetically pleasing architecture to the shopping center.
