Pacific 167 Logistics is a Class A industrial development located at 541 West Valley Highway South in Pacific, WA. The project was completed in March of 2023 and holds 159,000 SF of Industrial space on the 8-acre site. The building has a 32-foot height clearance, 30 dock doors, and 2 on-grade doors designed to accommodate the fast-growing demands of accessible warehouse space and distribution. The property features a view of Mt. Rainier, 132 off-street parking spaces, asphalt pavement, truck maneuvering, water and sanitary sewer extensions, landscaping, franchise utility improvements, and a stormwater facility.
The site maintained a stormwater bypass system including a detention pond and retaining wall. It was enhanced by our team to a permanent open detention facility to serve the completed building. Barghausen coordinated with the contractor to design plans to complete mass grading of the site to balance the cut and fill and improve the ground during the early phase of construction. After being constructed, the property now showcases its unique position as a single-story industrial facility with immediate access to State Route 167.
