Pacific Logistics South
Panattoni Development Company, Inc. is one of the largest privately held, full-service real estate development companies in the world. We partnered with Panattoni for the civil engineering, land surveying, land use planning and permitting of Pacific Logistics South, a 128,262 sf concrete tilt-up distribution warehouse in Pacific, WA. This project consisted of the demolition of multiple greenhouse and industrial buildings on the 7 acre site. The warehouse design included a build-to-suit office, 130 foot truck court, 30’ clear height and dock and grade level loading. The stormwater plans included an underground detention vault that filtrates and discharges into the White River. A modular wetland was required to provide enhanced water quality treatment prior to stormwater discharging to protect the wildlife in the fish-bearing river. Pacific Logistics South was a 2020 NAIOP Night of the Stars nominee for Developer of the Year.
