Sunridge is a multifamily development with 25 townhome style residential buildings on a 14 acre site. The neighborhood features 140 attached townhouse units between 1,300-2,000 sf with two, three and four bedroom options.
Barghausen was responsible for land surveying, civil engineering and land use planning services. This project involved site planning, utilities, grading, drainage, boundary and topographic surveys. The development featured many unique aspects including a 70 ft. grade change across the site that required various retaining walls, off-site sewer and water main extensions. Our civil team provided plans for utilities, grading and drainage, road profiles, stormwater, water and sewer, including off-site sanitary sewer extension plans. This project required careful coordination with the City of Kent to ensure the development tied into an adjacent roadway.
